Tonnino Ramato is an organic Sicilian Pinot Grigio made in the traditional Ramato style, where the grape skins remain in contact with the juice to create its distinctive copper-orange color. The wine offers expressive aromas of pear, golden apple, banana, exotic fruit, orange blossom, mandarin, peach, and rose petals. The palate is fresh and dry with vibrant acidity, a soft texture, savory character, and a persistent finish.

Winemaking:
The grapes undergo a short, low-temperature skin-contact maceration before fermentation. This brief contact with the skins gives the Pinot Grigio its characteristic copper and onion-skin hue while adding texture and aromatic complexity.
