60% Macabeo, 20% Perellada and 20% Xarel-lo During its fermentation, this wine obtains a fine, natural sparkle, which is called vino de aguja, or needle-wine. Elegant, clean, fresh, crisp, dry and with a faint greenish-yellow color. Hints of lemongrass and a touch of minerality the flavors are light and the frizzant adds a cleansing acidity to the palate. Ideal for appetizers, white meat and -we’ll give you a hint- Pescador means fisherman in Spanish, so this wine was designed to go with shellfish and seafood.
