Let’s face it, there are a lot of problems right now. Whatever they are, this wine is not one of them. These 30 year old Pinot Noir vines have had a nice life free of chemicals on the slopes of an ancient French town near Béziers. They grow on slopes of clay and limestone and enjoy hot Mediterranean days and cool nights. Hand inspected grapes are allowed to spontaneously ferment in stainless steel. Notes of raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry are balanced with light spice and mocha. From brunch to crisp evenings, this is an all day wine that can pair with anything you’re craving.
