Made using carbonic maceration, it offers a bright and energetic profile—far from the heavy-handed stereotypes often associated with the grape.

In the glass, it shines pale ruby, with a medium-high intensity nose of wild strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrant, and a savory twist of tomato leaf. On the palate, it’s fresh and zippy, showing medium-plus acidity, low tannins, and a core of red berry fruit and plum, wrapped in a silky, minimalist frame.
