A soulful, mid-to-full-bodied red from the sun-soaked hills of southern Languedoc, this naturally made blend of 55% Grenache Noir, 30% Carignan, and 15% Syrah captures the wild beauty of its terroir. Grown on organically farmed vines averaging 60 years of age, the fruit is hand-harvested and vinified without artifice, then aged in concrete to preserve purity.

On the nose, it bursts with aromas of black cherry, brambly red and black berries, and the unmistakable scent of Mediterranean garrigue—think rosemary, thyme, and wild herbs in the sun. The palate is vibrant and structured, with notes of roasted herbs, forest floor, and a whisper of woodsmoke, carried by silky tannins and a fresh mineral core.

This is an earthy, expressive red built for the table but equally at home in a glass by the fire. Serve slightly cool (14–16°C) and pair it with grilled meats, lentil stews, roasted vegetables, or smoky barbecue. It’s also a standout aperitif for those who prefer their reds wild, honest, and alive.
