The 2021 vintage of G3 marries bold structure with a lifted, aromatic profile—toasted oak, tobacco, and baking spice meet layers of cherry, plum, and dark chocolate, anchored by polished tannins and a fresh, mineral-driven finish.

The nose opens with deep cherry, black olive, blueberry, and coffee, while the palate unfolds with sweet plum, redcurrant, and a subtle savory contrast—green olive, cocoa powder, and nutmeg weaving through the mid-palate. There’s a tension here: rich yet taut, dark yet energetic, finishing with a flourish of strawberry, cedar, and crushed rock.
