Foletto Bitters 1850 is an artisanal Italian bitter inspired by a family recipe dating to 1850. Its complex botanical blend includes gentian, bitter orange, yarrow, juniper berries, larch bark, St. John's wort, cloves, and cinchona. The aroma is deeply herbal and citrusy, while the palate combines rhubarb, sweet and bitter orange, anise, gentian, woody botanicals, and subtle resinous notes with a pronounced but balanced bitterness and tannic texture.

Cocktail Pairing:
Excellent over ice with soda or seltzer as an aperitif. Its herbal complexity also makes it an excellent ingredient in Negronis, Americanos, and other bitter-forward cocktails.
