We liked the blanc cava so much that we had to bring in the rose as well. Aromas of wild berries and currant lead into a fresh palate of red fruit accompanied by fine, enduring bubbles and balanced acidity. This wine was so clean on the finish, that the bottle was gone before we knew it! Pair it with your Adirondack chair and a sunset.
