Bordiga Extra Dry is a classic Piedmontese vermouth crafted from Trebbiano, Moscato, and Cortese wines and infused with more than 30 botanicals. Expect expressive notes of wormwood, elderflower, orange peel, gentian, wild thyme, black pepper, citrus, and delicate spice. The palate is crisp and balanced, with bright acidity and a complex progression from subtle sweetness to a distinctive dry, pleasantly bitter finish.

Food Pairing:
Excellent chilled as an aperitivo with fresh seafood, oysters, shellfish, olives, salty snacks, aged cheeses, and light appetizers. It can also add herbal complexity to savory dishes such as risotto and sautéed vegetables.
