Piedmont | 100% Dolcetto | 13% ABV
A pure expression of Dolcetto from the rolling hills of Piedmont, this ruby-red wine is crafted from 15–25-year-old vines rooted in limestone and blue marl soils at 230 meters above sea level. Grown on east-facing slopes and trained in the traditional Guyot method, the grapes are harvested in September and fermented in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, then aged for 12 months in steel to preserve freshness and varietal purity.
The result is a bright, vinous red with aromas of ripe red cherry, violets, and a subtle almond note. On the palate, it’s soft and fruit-forward, with delicate sweetness balanced by crisp acidity and gentle tannins. Unadorned by oak, the wine is clean, honest, and ready to enjoy—perfect for everyday meals or a relaxed aperitivo.
Pair it with cured meats, mushroom risotto, pasta with ragù, or grilled vegetables. A classic Dolcetto: joyful, unfussy, and quietly refined.
