Oyster River “Morphos” is a lively, naturally sparkling white wine made from Cayuga and Seyval Blanc grapes grown in New York’s Finger Lakes. Bottled while fermentation is still active, it develops its natural bubbles in the bottle, resulting in a dry, cloudy, lightly effervescent wine with fresh fruit and gentle yeast character. Expect flavors of green apple, citrus, white flowers, and peach, with zingy acidity, soft bubbles, and a refreshing, lightly yeasty finish.
