Paladin Raboso Fiore is a distinctive Italian sparkling red made entirely from Raboso, one of Veneto's historic grape varieties. It shows a deep ruby-red color with violet reflections and fine, lively bubbles. Aromas of field violets, marasca cherries, red berries, and subtle spice lead to a fresh, fruit-driven palate with vibrant acidity, gentle tannins, savory character, and a long, dry finish.

Food Pairing:
Excellent with pizza, Italian antipasti, salumi, sausages, grilled meats, roasted meats, burgers, and grilled fish. Its bright acidity and bubbles are especially good with rich, salty foods.
