Nakkal Simple Pét-Nat Blanco is a vibrant Uruguayan natural sparkling wine made from 100% Muscat Ottonel. It offers expressive aromas of jasmine, orange blossom, white peach, citrus, pear, and fresh herbs, followed by a light and refreshing palate with delicate natural bubbles, crisp acidity, and subtle lees-derived savory character. The wine is bottled before fermentation finishes, allowing it to develop its natural carbonation in the bottle.

Winemaking:
Made from organically farmed grapes using low-intervention techniques. The wine is spontaneously fermented and bottled during active fermentation, then finishes fermenting in the bottle. It is unfined and unfiltered, with minimal intervention.

Food Pairing:
Excellent with seafood, ceviche, fish tacos, shrimp, sushi, vegetable tempura, fresh empanadas, salads, spicy Asian cuisine, goat cheese, and light appetizers. Its fresh acidity and gentle bubbles also make it a great aperitif.
