We are thrilled to welcome a Halcyon Days cuvée to our collection: this wine has the fresh flavors and minerality of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, but with a bit of skin contact that softens the acidity and fruit. Juice spends six months on the lees giving the wine ripe, yellow orchard fruit flavors with notes of dandelion and coriander. A lovely aperitif with alpine style cheeses, or pair it with roasted branzino and potatoes at dinner time.
