The project of Telmo Rodriguez began in 1994 and each cuvée comes from a different area of Spain. This blend uses native Verdejo as its base with the edition of Viura (Macabeo) and Sauvignon Blanc to round out the body and balance the bracing acidity of the main varietal. This wine has good minerality from the chalky soils of Rueda with notes of lime, pear white flowers and hints of grass. A great pairing for fish curry, fried Halloumi or a potato and leek soup with tarragon.
