The Fangareggi family are masters of Lambrusco with a tradition of making the sparkly treat since the 1800s. Today grapes are farmed organically and harvested by hand with fermentation initiated by native yeasts. This Lambrusco is made through the Charmat process giving it persistent bubbles. This dry, medium bodied sparkler tastes like warm strawberry pie.
