Made by Alberto Loi in the little, rugged province of Ogliastra comes the fresh, earthy, stony and juicy Praja; an expression of pure Monica. This grape is relatively exclusive to the island of Sardinia and has its own DOC: Monica di Sardegna. The vines at Cardedu are dry farmed organically with no chemicals. Wines are tank fermented and aged with native yeast. This wine could go for a chill and is a perfect summer red for roasted meats and veggies.
