Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir Two Ways

Grapes for this bottle were sourced from four different vineyards over two vintages. Half of the Pinot Noir was directly pressed (no skin contact) while the other half macerated for 12 hours, resulting in an amber color. Carbonation occurs naturally and by charmat methode; a mix of old and new world. Grapes are grown on volcanic and marine sediment soils across the Willamette Valley area. Try if you like experiments.
