Brandy, This Calvados (or apple brandy) starts off with a sweet apply nose but has a suprisingly savory palate. Fresh, powerful, fine, and round in the mouth. Bright colour with copper nuances. This young Calvados, with its slightly woosdy flavor and pronounced apple aroma, would be an ideal match for baked dishes, long drinks and cocktails.
