Mathilde Pear

Pear Liqueur, Mathilde Pear is made from distilled pear cider which is then added to pear juice. This is done to give the full spectrum of flavors. Extremely aromatic and pleasant on the nose, use as an apertif or try with gin for an interesting cocktail.
