Bianka and Daniel Schmitt, partners in life and wine, believe that everything in life and nature is interconnected. They work their 16 hectares biodynamically on a vineyard of over 200 years. The winemakers believe that all white wines benefit from extended skin contact. This Riesling has seen about a month of skin contact and spent 12 months in neutral oak with no stirring of the lees. The color is really marvelous and the palate has notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, citrus zest and apricot. This wine is inspired by dry Tokaji wines. Pair with salmon and squash.
