Sake brewing at Terada Honke began in 1673 and they have maintained their dedication to natural and traditional sakes. This particular expression is made from lightly polished rice that takes things back to a more rustic and original style. Described as “pre-modern,” this sake is like stepping back in time. Pair with fatty meats as this sake is very dry and acidic.
