Sulauze "Super Modeste" Pét Nat NV
50% Vermentino, 50% Ugni Blanc
Karina and Guillaume Lefèvre met hiking across Corsica and settled in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation to make natural wines as pure as their love for each other. The name Sulauze is named after the flaky limestone prevalent in this area. The couple uses volcanic sulfur to stabilize their wines and clean taste is prioritized. The bubbles are exuberant with citrus and red apple on the palate and a mineral finish. Try it with roast chicken or to accompany lavender cupcakes for dessert!
