This Basque style cider comes from the beautiful banks of the Columbia River, just northeast of the Bridge of the Gods. Made with 27 different apple varieties and natural yeasts in American oak foeders, aged for four months. This cider is very dry, crisp and refreshing with lots of lemon, lime, grapefruit and just a touch of funk. It can be enjoyed alone but would be delicious with raw seafood, edamame, or roasted cherry tomatoes. NATURAL USA
