There’s a lot of discrepancy circulating as to which qualifiers we should be following to discern contemporary (or in this case, “ancient”) wine styles. This wine is the color of freshly squeezed lemonade. It’s made from white grapes with 12 weeks of skin contact. With flavors of citrus pith, stone fruit and baking spice this wine should fit firmly in the center of the skin contact list. Yet, it claims to not be an orange wine. Who is she?
