Château de Roquefort “Corail” Rosé 2020

30% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 20% Cinsault + friends

"Corail" is French for "coral," which perfectly describes the color of this wine - made by a true star of Provence, from grapes grown in a high-altitude natural amphitheater with a unique microclimate. The nose is citric and fresh, and delicate apple and strawberry notes are found on the palate. There is an elegant undertone of fennel in this bottle, in addition to an intriguing mandarin orange edge. The finish is crisp and peppy. This rose would pair brilliantly with lamb or falafel.
