Populis is a low intervention project based in California that focuses on making “real, living” wine. They source grapes from vineyards across Northern California that have high organic standards and older vines to produce structured but easy to drink wines. This blend medium bodies with dark fruit flavors. Oak aging softens the edges of these otherwise tannic varietals. Pair with red meats and root vegetables.
