Although famous for their Chenin Blancs, Domaine Raffault also produces a grounded and classic drinking Chinon. This bottle is light with approachable tannins and flavors of ripe plum, smoke and minerality. We recommend a brief decanting to let this bottle unwind a little and express more nuanced flavors. This bottle is very versatile for food. Pair with roasted salmon, smoked meats, and root vegetables.
