This is a special offering of Prosecco; it transcends the citrusy bottles that we love and adds a touch of toasted nutty funk. Winemaker Martino Tormena stays very conscious of what is right for his vines. There are no chemicals used on the vines and fertilizer is made in house. Along with the classic Glera, other heirloom grapes like Perera and Bianchetta are co-harvested and co-fermented to produce a surprising offering of Prosecco that will expand this category of sparkles.
