Lagrimas de Dolores Cenizo

Mezcal from Durango made with 100% Cenizo agave (Durangensis). The maestra mezcalero (master distiller) is Fabiola Avila who holds a degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology with a focus in fermentation from the Technological Institute of Durango. Flavors are rich with notes of pink fruit, campfire smoke, bitter herbs, and black pepper.
