The Riddiford family has been farming in the Wairarapa region since the mid 19th century and expanded to the South Island to take advantage of the vibrant terroir for wine making. This silky, medium bodied white wine has flavors of white pear, peach and lychee with some notes of orchard fruit. It makes an excellent pairing for spicy dishes of the Pacific like Indonesian chicken sate or Faiai Eleni: fish in coconut cream.
