60% Grenache, 40% Vermentino Burgundian winemaker Bruna Lafon brings structure to the fresh styles of the Languedoc. One of our favorite regions for easy drinking, yet complex wines, this white is crisp and refreshing with notes of lemon, golden grapefruit and pineapple with high minerality from the limestone and basalt running through the soil. Pair with bourride: a white and shellfish stew with leek and carrot or an artichoke and feta salad.
