A very delicate, light and smooth imo shochu, designed to match any cuisine. Earthy notes on the nose and tongue with a nice finish. Sweet potatoes from Southern Kyushu are the raw material along with indigenous yeast for this refreshing and easy to drink Shochu. Serve on-the-rocks, with water, or hot water.
