Jean-Claude Lapalu Brouilly VV
Jean-Claude has a wonderful reputation for making trustworthy, refined and fruit forward wine as well as prioritizing curiosity and ingenuity. We think this bottle is no exception. Caring for vieilles vignes (old vines) is Lapalu’s speciality. This succulent Brouilly is made from 50 + year old vines fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel. The body is a comfortable medium exploding with herbaceous boysenberry and rhubarb with a floral, satiny finish. This versatile wine can be served slightly chilled alone, with grainy cheeses or roast chicken. Try if you like Santa Barbara Pinot Noir.
