Hakutsuru Draft Sake
This draft sake is best chilled since it was ferments and bottled that way, below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. You won’t find and smell of alcohol on the nose and the dry complexion is smooth, simple, and with cleansing but slightly bitter finish. This will go great with a variety of food, so long as there is meat involved. Try it with more pungent sushi rolls, sashimi, or salty pan crisped white fishes.
