Hakushika Kuromatsu Junmai NV

Junmai Hakushika is a well known sake brewery in Hyogo for its access to “miyamizu,” water known to be good for sake making. Rice is shaved to 70% which provides a clean, medium bodied texture with mildly dry flavors of stone fruit, melon and banana. This is an excellent pairing for shellfish but it is a very versatile bottle that can be enjoyed with any meal. Can be enjoyed cold or warm. Room temperature is not recommended.
