Gemtree Uncut Shiraz

Helmed by viticulturist Melissa Brown, Gemtree has been practicing biodynamic farming for 25 years, as well as gaining organic status in 2011. This is a robust Shiraz. In the glass it is a deep inky purple with flavors of blackberry, licorice, vanilla, cedar and earth. Aged for 18 months in French barrel. This is a perfect bottle for red meats, especially lamb. We also love it with woodsy mushrooms, aged hard cheeses like Gouda, and grilled tuna.
