Winemaker Jim Fischer works and/or buys fruit from several vineyards in the Southwestern AVAs of Oregon. Here we’ve been gifted with an adorably fresh rosé made direct press from Pinot Noir balanced with three day skin contact Pinot Gris from soil rich with marine and volcanic sediment. Fermentation entirely in neutral oak. A total delight of red berries, persimmons and savory minerality. You can really just drink this with anything. Cereal, ramen, Sichuan beef, or ice cream--it will be perfect.
