The Fangareggi family are masters of Lambrusco with a tradition of making the sparkly treat since the 1800s. Today grapes are farmed organically and harvested by hand with fermentation initiated by native yeasts. This Lambrusco di Sorbara is direct pressed with Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay added to produce a very unique Lambrusco Bianco. An abundant bouquet of white flowers and herbs on the nose with a palate of orchard fruit and a minerally finish.
