Former chef Patrick Miller left his post at Rucola to distill full time. This fernet is drier and more herbaceous than the ubiquitous Fernet Branca. Some of the botanicals are familiar things like chamomile and saffron, while others are new and intriguing such as Chaga mushrooms. Sip on its own, with tonic, or as a replacement wherever you would normally encounter a fernet.
