Gohyakumanoku Rice Bright and lean in the mouth, unlike many Nigori, and the impact is chewy with sweet rice flavors intermingling with the nutty and slightly fruity characteristics of the sake. A dryer style Nigori, this still has some sweetness, but not as much as some others. This is great for pairing with many types of Japanese foods. JAPAN
