An aperitivo from Australia: this fortified wine is made with a base of skin contact Vermentino and stabilized with a neutral grape spirit. Botanicals and citrus are added to aromatize the wine and provide bitterness, including Riverland, Australia grown oranges and lemons. Try this in spritizes or Negronis!
