Gideon has experience in every corner of wine, making the expressions he bottles today truly solid in their ability to communicate their depth of flavor and complexities to their samplers. Grapes are foot crushed and co-fermented and spend an average of six weeks with their skin. Peach pit, lemon pith, and golden grapefruit with a touch of salinity.
