Situated in the ancient village of Vil-Rodona is Celler Sanromá where Eduard Sanroma Calaf is the youngest wine maker in the area. This wine from 55 year old Macabeu vines offers a terroir exhibit of the region. Grapes are fermented on their skins in stainless steel for 12 days and spend another 2 months on the lees with regular stirring. The result is a yellow fruited, bright wine with an opalescent mouthfeel.
