A sherry project by Nick Africano, musician and winemaker. Manzanilla is a type of sherry made only in Sanlúcar de Barrameda and is known for its salty flavor profile. This one has notes of candied orange and caramel with fresh acid and minerality on the mid-palate and hazelnuts on the finish. Sherry is an excellent aperitif with anything from the sea, olives and a variety of cheese. Or switch it up and have it for brunch with cardamom cinnamon rolls. Drink cold!
