We’re so lucky that winemakers in Willamette have such a fondness for Loire varietals. This bottle has the spine of a structured Chinon with the boldness of a west coast Cabernet Sauvignon. Minimal intervention gives this wine a freshness on the palate of soft red and black fruits, but the tannins are sharp which make it a great pairing for smoked meats or vegetables.
