Father to son vineyards in the heart of the Jura region since 1659. Using only native yeasts and minimal SO2, this is a very pretty bottle. A balanced tension between a very fine mousse, notes of pomegranate and red apples, hints of red berries and toast. This bottle gives us happiness feelings in all of the right places. Aperitif anyone?
