This Mexican wine project takes its name from the word “aboriginal” to establish their dedication to the belief that humans are one with the environment and that we exist only as an edition to the Earth. Aborigen describes their natural wine making practice as “emotional oenology,” believing their wines can help us to traverse between the dream and physical world. This dark rosé is perfect for cool weather drinking. Dry with a medium body and lots of minerality accompanied by black fruit from the Dolcetto and bright citrus from the Mission. Pair with spice.
