Vegas Altas Eva de los Santos Blanco 2020

Extremadura, Spain 100% Eva de los Santos Winemakers Juan Sojo and Ángel Luis González are best friends who compliment each other’s skills; Ángel is the agriculturalist and Juan is a chemist. Working biodynamically, the duo harvest under the September full moon, when the temperatures are cooler. This wine is made from Eva de los Santos, a varietal grown almost exclusively in Extremadura. Five months on the lees gives this wine a full body with light floral notes and flavors of lemon, lime and pear.
