This wine spends a little bit of time on its skin to impart a bigger body and depth of flavor, but not enough to turn this wine totally orange. What you get is a pinot grigio with a medium- full body, great acidity, and a long, lingering finish. You’ll find melon flavors, dried apricot notes, and an aromatic hoppy note toward the finish. Have it by itself or pair with a grilled vegetable risotto.
